Short version: Pocket37 has no accounts, no logins and no payments. We don't collect your name, your email or your card details, because we never ask for them and have nowhere to put them.

What we store, and where

Your token balance, your game statistics and your recent round history are saved in your own browser using localStorage. That data stays on your device. It is never transmitted to us, and we have no server that could receive it. If you clear your browser data, use a different browser, or switch devices, that progress is gone — we cannot restore it, because we never had a copy.

We also store a single flag recording that you confirmed you are 18 or over, so we don't ask on every visit.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see roughly which pages people visit. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build any profile of you across sites. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as page URL, referrer, approximate country, and browser type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.

Cookies

Pocket37 does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, may set essential cookies needed for security and delivery.

Advertising

The "watch for tokens" feature currently shows a placeholder, not a real advertisement, and no ad network is connected to this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any third-party ad code is added, and we will describe what that partner collects.

Children

Pocket37 is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the site, contact us and we will help — though in practice there is no account for us to delete, only data sitting in that child's own browser, which can be removed by clearing site data.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you on any server, there is nothing for us to export, correct or erase on request. You can delete everything Pocket37 has stored by clearing site data in your browser, or by using the Reset my progress button on the Wallet page.

Pocket37 is a free entertainment website that simulates casino games. There is no real money involved at any point, in either direction.

1. Who can use this

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher. By entering the site you confirm this is true. Using Pocket37 must also be lawful where you are; simulated-gambling content is restricted in some jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to know your local rules.

2. Tokens have no value

Tokens on Pocket37 are a scorekeeping device and nothing more. They:

• cannot be purchased with money, and we operate no payment system of any kind;
• cannot be exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn for cash, cryptocurrency, prizes, goods or services;
• cannot be transferred between players;
• are not your property, carry no value, and may be reset, changed or removed at any time.

Nothing on this site is a wager, and no winnings exist. Losing tokens costs you nothing.

3. This is not gambling, and it is not practice for gambling

The games here use the same mathematics real casinos use, including the same house edge. That means a long session will trend downward — that is arithmetic, not bad luck. Success here is not an indicator of success in real gambling, and the free-play odds shown should not be treated as a guide to any real-money product.

4. Your data and your progress

Your progress is stored in your own browser. We do not back it up and cannot recover it. Clearing your browser data, switching devices or using private browsing will lose it. We may change or reset game balances, multipliers or payout tables at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, and don't modify local data to misrepresent results to others. Since nothing here has value, cheating mostly wastes your own time — but we reserve the right to block abusive traffic.

6. Availability and changes

Pocket37 is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Pocket37 after an update means you accept the revised version. The date at the top shows when this was last changed.
